Alice and Neena

Type of dog:

Gosford Hospital - ICU

May 2014

To Dear Alice and Neena

This is a very important letter to say how grateful we were for our daughter Tracy to be the first visit given by Alice and her lovely dog Neena, in the intensive care unit at Gosford Public Hospital.

We would like to express our gratitude on behalf of Tracy who spent seven weeks in ICU for a very serious illness which she has thankfully recovered from slowly.

We appreciate all the support, prayers and love given to us by the staff in the Intensive Care Unit, family and friends during this heart rending experience.

Most importantly the regular visits in I.C.U by Alice who was kindly giving up her spare time with the help of Nicole and Alice's beautiful dog Neena to make the visits every fortnight.

Neena is a very suitable dog to represent the Delta Therapy Dogs, with such a lovely nature and a very well behaved manner.

They will always be very special to us because it certainly brought a smile to Tracy's face every time she saw Alice and Neena. Tracy was always delighted to see them having been in hospital for eleven weeks and missing her dog Josh whom she loves so dearly.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Love from Geraldine, Tracy, Hans and Mark XXXX
